The Westborough Community Land Trust invites you to share your talents and enthusiasm, while meeting those who share your interests. Listed below are some of our major volunteer opportunities. Please contact us if you'd like to receive more information (time commitment, specific needs, etc) or to volunteer!

Stewardship

Trail Adopter: Walk a trail every 3 or 4 weeks and help spot maintenance problems.

Trail Creation and Maintenance: Join a crew on a work session to blaze or clear trails of debris, invasive species, and windfalls.

Whenever you walk a trail: If you notice a problem on the trail, please report it to WCLT by email at trailproblems@westboroughlandtrust.org .

Education

• Lead a family-friendly hike on a local trail.

• Help with school environmental education programs.

• Give a talk on nature or environmental issues.

• Assist Scouts with outdoor/nature badges.

Earth Day Town-wide Litter Clean-up: Join a team to clean up Lake Chauncy, Sandra Pond, Rogers Road Park.
